Easy 30-Day Returns

Return Policy Summary

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items: Because of hygiene and safety concerns, there are some items (e.g., intimate items, cosmetics, personalized or customized items) that may not be returned. These items will be clearly marked as "non-returnable" in the item description.

Return Shipping Charges
Damaged / Wrong Item: If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will cover all return shipping charges.
Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse: If you ordered the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you just don't want it anymore, you will be charged the actual return shipping cost.
Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

Get Authorization: Our customer service department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Returns unauthorized will not be accepted.
